A study of Buffalo Soldiers - reflecting upon a shared history between African Americans and Filipinos, in particular the idea that the United States would subjugate non-whites in a colonial expansion.  Filipono's fighting for independance addressed posters and leaflets to "The Colored American Soldier" describing the lynchings and discrimination against Blacks in the US and discouraged them from being the instrument of the US to oppress another "people of color".
